Team Leadership Gathering
>>> May 8-10, 2024 <<<
Indianapolis, IN
The coordination program is funded by Lilly Endowment, Inc. and administered by the Center for Congregations.

As our projects continue to grow, no matter where we are in the process, we need “balcony time” to think not only about the project and our plans, but also about the systems in which our projects are embedded, and the systems that create/d the economic challenges we seek to address. This gathering will support reflection on these systems as well as the opportunity to spend intentional time with your peers in the work, with collaborators and resource providers, and with Lilly Endowment staff.
Our goals for this gathering are to...
- Connect with peers for networking, mutual learning, and resourcing of our economic challenges work
- Provide space and support for ongoing grant project team work, connection, and resourcing
- Connect with Lilly Endowment staff
*Connection Topics: We hope to be able to connect you with peers who are interested in similar topics or challenges. On registration round two we ask for you to select topics of interest. The PDF "Connection Topics" is a list of participants who are interested in each of the proposed topics. Your table assignments on Wednesday are based on one of your selected topics of interest.
