If you received your grant in 2024, you are in Cohort FOUR. 

The Coordination Program will make your lodging reservations at the Alexander based on your selection on your registration form. The Coordination Program will cover this expense. Please make your own travel arrangements. After the gathering you can submit your receipts for travel reimbursement. For details on reimbursable expenses, please see the reimbursement guidelines below.

If flying, you will fly into the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and take a taxi / Uber / Lyft to the hotel. If driving, please valet park at the hotel, or self-park if you prefer. Additional parking instructions will be shared the week prior to our gathering.
