You are welcome to watch all the presentations in advance or only the one that interests you the most. You will be able to self select a breakout during our gathering.

► Based on a national survey of U.S. clergy (Fall 2023), this presentation dives into the key factors that promote stronger financial health among religious leaders. We’ll also uncover the critical connections between clergy financial stability, overall well-being, and the health of their congregations—offering fresh insights into how these elements intersect in a post-pandemic world.

► So often, churches and nonprofits wonder how we can do community development in the midst of such great economic challenges. Things can be so daunting. Take a moment to listen to how one church discovered that focusing on vision and context can lead to powerful community and economic development projects coming to pass financially.

► The economic reality of pastors is intimately connected to the economics of congregations. Many congregations are struggling to figure out how to best use buildings and land that weigh congregations through rising costs and sub-optimal space. But what if the albatross could become an asset for new expressions of ministry and new forms of revenue?

► Through self-care and intentional renewal, leaders inspire resilience and sustainable impact in those they support and lead. Regina discusses how leaders can model resilience by committing to holistic well-being.
